i want to lose weight in my tummy, thighs, and back?
i have heard the acai diet and colon cleanser work good, but i dont want to be scammed. is there anywhere offline i can get something that is similar? product names and prices would be very helpful

most of those diet type pills don’t work or can make you sick.
theres nothing that can really spot reduce to make you lose weight in certain areas.
I suggest you talk to a doctor before you take anything or diet so you do it the right way.
oh and if want to pick up a bottle of body sculpture lotion or that akavar slimming lotion because they burn fat layers under the skin so you can lose like 2-3 of fat off your tummy and thighs.

I have been fat all of my life until I stumbled onto this site. I hate working out, but this program really made it easy for me to lose the weight and plus it tightened up my abs for the first time in years!

exercise is always the best.
