All Natural Juices – Learning the Facts
With all the marketing hype on the internet is sometimes difficult to determine the best information available about a variety of popular exotic (and some not so exotic) fruit drinks and how they can help bring you natural health. There are a mind boggling array of health claims associated with different nutritional supplements, so it is difficult to know which claims hold water and which leak like a sieve? It’s time to cut through the clutter, and bring to light relevant information about natural juices that will help you live longer and live better.
Research continues to mount about the numerous natural health benefits of consuming a variety of fruits. Gout and arthritis may be helped by Tart Cherries. Gogi berries may boost the immune system. Pomegranates could lower cholesterol. Açlai has the potential to fight arteriosclerosis. And the list goes on and on.
It is no wonder government guidelines suggest that we consume 3-5 servings of fruit and 4-7 servings of vegetables each day. If you are like most people, getting the required number of servings every day is a struggle. However, attaining these goals is made simpler by adding juice to your daily diet.
But which provide the biggest bang for the cup? Not all are created equal. While orange may not be a bad choice, is it really the best?
